It is a special gift for the audience to see one of the most talented actresses of Bollywood Kajol and Kriti Sanon, working together in a film. This wish of the fans has now been fulfilled with the release of the trailer “Do Patti”. The film will be released on Netflix.
The story of this film revolves around two twin sisters, but there is no place for love between them. Only hatred is left in their relationship. There is a storm in the life of these sisters and Kajol comes to expose their lies. Kajol has played the role of a tough policewoman whereas Kriti is seen playing double role in the film.
“De Patti” is a random crime thriller full of suspense, drama and adventure. Kajol has to solve this complicated mystery. The trailer shows Kriti Sanon (Saumya) falling in love with her boyfriend Dhruv (Shaheer Sheikh). Both of them were living happily. However, their marriage has a rift because of Saumya’s twin sister. An epic fight starts between the two sisters as both Saumya and her sister love Dhruv. The twist in the tale comes when the police arrest Dhruv for causing an accident. Now Kajol has to solve this complicated case between the two sisters.
Shaheer Sheikh’s first Bollywood appearance
This film will be released on OTT platform ‘Netflix’ on 25 October. Writer Kanika Dhillon and Kriti Sanon are debuting as producers with this film. Kanika Dhillon is also the writer of this film. Kajol and Kriti were seen working together in the 2015 film Dilwale. Do Patti is the first Hindi film of television actor Shaheer Sheikh in which he will be seen as Kriti Sanon’s lover. Shaheer became famous with TV serials ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’, ‘Mahabharat’, ‘Woh To Hai Albele’ and ‘Yeh Rishta Hai Pyar Ke’.
